Personal data we collect
When you buy software, create an account or contact support, we may collect your name, email, billing details, order records, account information, support messages, technical logs, IP address and website domain. EasySlots licensing may process domain or website identifiers, trial status, plugin versions and licence verification events. The free 72-hour trial does not require an email address or payment card.
Why we process it
We process data to fulfil contracts, administer licences and support, comply with legal and accounting duties and secure our services against fraud and misuse. Where required, we ask consent for optional marketing or non-essential cookies.
Services and transfers
Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Hosting, payment and email providers, including Stripe when enabled and Resend for service messages, may process limited information to supply their services. Some service providers may process data outside the UK; appropriate safeguards are used where required. We do not sell personal data.
