This policy applies to digital WordPress plugins and associated licence purchases from PlugMigo. We do not ship physical products. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2. Your 14-day consumer cancellation right
If you are a consumer who buys digital content online, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel without giving a reason. However, for digital content supplied without a physical medium (such as a plugin ZIP), this right can be lost if supply begins during the 14-day period after you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged that doing so means losing the right to cancel, and the required contract confirmation has been provided. We must obtain this separately before beginning the download or delivery; a pre-ticked box or an ordinary terms acceptance is not enough.
If we have not obtained the required consent and acknowledgement, or have not provided the required confirmation, the statutory protections continue to apply. We will assess cancellation requests under applicable law rather than automatically refusing refunds for downloadable software.
3. Faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible software
If EasySlots is faulty, does not match its description, or is not supplied as agreed, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable laws. These rights are separate from any change-of-mind cancellation right, and do not disappear merely because you downloaded, installed or activated the plugin. Please tell us the issue and allow us to investigate and provide the appropriate remedy without unreasonable delay or significant inconvenience.
4. Trial and renewal payments
The optional 72-hour EasySlots trial does not involve a payment or automatic conversion to a paid plan. Paid licences and subsequent renewals are purchased separately. A renewal is not charged automatically. The advertised first-year introductory licence is £29.90 and the standard annual renewal is £99.90, unless a different price was accepted at purchase. Any refund request for a renewal will be assessed under the same applicable consumer rights and the circumstances of supply.
5. How to request cancellation, support or a refund
Email support@plugmigo.com with the order number, the email used at purchase and a short explanation of your request or technical issue. To exercise a statutory cancellation right you can clearly state that you wish to cancel; you do not have to use special wording. You can also send the model cancellation form below. Please do not email full payment card details or licence secrets.
6. Refund processing
Where a refund is due, we will process it without undue delay and within the time required by law. Refunds are normally returned using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; we will not charge a refund fee where the law prohibits it. A refund or chargeback may cause the associated paid licence to be revoked, but it does not erase existing WooCommerce orders on your website.
