Products and compatibility
EasySlots is a downloadable plugin for compatible self-hosted WordPress and WooCommerce installations. Please review the published product information, supported requirements and documentation before purchasing. You are responsible for backups and checking compatibility with your website.
72-hour free trial
The optional full-featured trial begins when the website administrator actively starts it, lasts 72 hours, and does not require an email address, account or card. It does not charge or renew automatically. Repeated activation does not reset expiry. At expiry, new EasySlots bookings require an active paid licence, while existing orders and booking information remain accessible.
Prices and licence term
The introductory price for a single-website EasySlots licence is £29.90 for the first 12 months. The standard annual renewal is £99.90 unless a different price is clearly offered and accepted. Renewal is manual only; we will not charge you automatically. Your checkout confirms the payable price and any applicable taxes. The paid licence provides activation for one website for the stated period. Updates and support are subject to the offer and licence period; software remains subject to its applicable copyright and open-source licence terms.
Orders and digital delivery
An order becomes binding when we accept it and confirm the purchase. Following successful payment we aim to make the plugin ZIP and paid licence details available by email and/or your account download area. Contact us if anything is missing or activation fails. We do not ship physical goods.
Digital downloads, cancellation and refunds
Consumers ordinarily have 14 days from entering a distance contract to cancel. When digital content is delivered within that period, the right to cancel may be lost once delivery begins only if the consumer has first expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights and received the required contract confirmation. Any checkout consent must be separately and actively obtained; accepting these general terms alone does not replace it. Use, activation and service availability
Licence activation and periodic verification may require secure communication with our licensing service. Do not misuse licence credentials or attempt to compromise our systems. We will use reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee every third-party integration or uninterrupted internet availability. Keeping your site updated and backed up is your responsibility. Ending or refunding a paid licence may remove paid entitlements; it will not delete your existing WooCommerce orders.
Complaints and legal rights
Contact support@plugmigo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections applying to consumers elsewhere.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains our use of personal information. We may update these terms for future purchases; a change will not automatically replace the terms agreed for an existing order.
